Hi! I’m Kiera

I’m a qualified mindset coach, accredited by ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists)

I live in St Leonards On Sea, East Sussex, England with my partner Lucy and two sons Rex and Ziggy. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends or running / walking in the great outdoors.

My dream is to own a beach hut, swim in the sea daily, raise two amazing men that are kind, healthy and happy and help thousands of people all around the world live the life they want.

Why I became a Mindset coach…

I am a living breathing example that trauma and challenges can lead to triumph.

I won’t give you the long story (It’s looong! And I’m saving that for my book!) but my story does include:

  • Neglect
  • Parental substance misuse

It feels like an obvious thing to say from a Mindset coach but I honestly wouldn’t change any of the shit shows I have experienced in life. Every experience has taught me something. I am resilient, I know what I want and what I need to feel happy. Where appropriate I do share my story with clients in sessions as we tend to get to know each other pretty well.

Looking back it is clear that helping people has always been central to my work. I have been a learning mentor, teacher, job coach and set up a successful business in children’s fitness. I have also done jobs I hate and failed in business. These positions and experiences have all led me to what I’m supposed to be doing, coaching.

Having had psychotherapy and coaching myself I understand the huge benefit of this work. Without psychotherapy I would still be struggling with my childhood. Without coaching I wouldn’t have realised what I want from life, taken action to build the life I want and gained the confidence that only comes from taking action. I have always been obsessed with mindset and what it is about people that have seemingly got their shit together and living a great life. What is it they do?! Well after becoming a qualified coach, reading many books and being an avid podcast listener, I can tell you.

They don’t have their shit together 100% of the time! But what they do have is a growth mindset.

The truth is we’re all work in progress and sometimes we get stuck. This why I love coaching so much, I can teach people really simple but effective ways to think differently and start taking action towards the life they desire.
